Awesome run today... I went out planning to get anywhere from 40-60 even though the schedule said 20 but after not running Monday and finding out yesterday should have been 2 run with the afternoon 50-70 i figured more would be alright... I went out alone towards Channahon I kept it really easy and never felt pain or discomfort... stride felt good and I felt fresh... These are the kinds of runs i had during indoor season when we never pushed the pace for recovery runs.. Big workout tomorrow on Wilmos track... First time to do a legit hard workout there pretty stoked!!!
