5 x 2k workout with 2 minute rest. Me, Stephen and Ivins were in our own group today because we have been a little run down. The pace range was to be between 6:30 - 6:40 for the first 3 reps and then we could open it up a bit. I led the first 4 reps and we got moving. Our first 2 were a little slower than the second group but the next 3 reps we were pretty much right on what they ran. The final rep me and stephen ran with the second group. Overall it was a good workout!
