Awesome hill workout today... Before hand I was dreading because for some reason I was pissed off... I really wanted to get in a good workout today though I ran mostly with jake and jorge.... 2 long hill, 2 medium hills, 8 short hills...
1st long 2:11 (5:12 pace)
2nd long 2:04 (4:56 pace)
1st medium 27
2nd medium 25
On the short hills I just worked on getting out fast...
