Started the summer training program yesterday at the end of week 1 since what I did was almost identical to the program so i kicked today off with the start of week 2... Im holding this program the whole way through the summer and only adding 2 morning runs on tues and thurs while I lift and bike mon wed and friday mornings... Good run overall felt smooth and I was able to lower the pace every mile or atleast Im pretty sure I did since I didnt have mile markers I was deff soaked again like saturday it wasnt hot out just very very very humid!
