Really solid workout! I felt great through the first 2 holding on to where I had been before... On the 3 one about 2:30 in I felt horrible... stomach problems horrible which is weird because I never get that as soon as the rep was over it went away but came back at the start of the 4th one and I fell back which kinda sucked but I got back after it for the second part... I feel like that down week helped alot and I think the stomach problems were from being dehydrated
