6 X 10 sec moderate with a walk recovery, 4 X 30 sec moderate with a 2 minute recover and finally 6 X 8 Sec Fast with a 2 minute recovery... Ran this workout at Forsythe Hill and it felt pretty good! After the warm up I was loose and had finally woken up. Really worked on my form on the entire workout
