Pretty long workout today.. for 1500 guys at conference the workout was 2 x 3 minutes, 1200 at 3k pace, 800 faster than 3k pace, 2 x 400 at 60-63 and finally 3 x 200... The first VO2 paces were a littler rough and I just didnt feel fast and then one we got on the track i thought my 1200 was slow but i was happy with the rest... I also wore my spikes for the 800 and on which is rare for me because i hate how hard the track is....

1st 3 minutes - .59 in 3:04.03 (5:11 pace)

2nd 3 minutes - .62 in 3:03.09 (4:57 pace)
