Deff a good morning run! I figured I would be a little sore today but i ended up not being sore at all except for behind my left shoulder blade??? odd... I think finally things are starting to come back around Trail run this afternoon on my own because I have to make up the lab ill miss tomorrow for the meet... 1500, 3k double with a 4x4 at the end....
