Notes

Super easy recovery run just trying to get fully recovered of a decently hard end of the week and keep it to just summer training. I really enjoy going out and getting in the easy long miles. Did some abs and push ups when I got back... Really going to focus on taking my vitamins and iron for the rest of the summer
