Back to running again after a day off... Hip was really sore yesterday but today felt decent throughout work so I really wanted to get in a good workout... Went out to 102 and back for my normal 5 miler. I never really picked up the pace and really just tried to stay relax but my hip still hurt here and there... Its getting annoying because unlike before I am trying to fix it... Looking to get a good week of training in to get going in the right direction... Also Im going to drews house friday morning to him look at it and tape my form...
