Originally was going to do the 15 min warm up and flying 40s but I ended up taking the easy day... I feel very tight with a sore left hamstring and right hip along with muscle soreness here and there... I feel like this would be a better opportunity to take it easy and get refreshed before its too late something that Ive always ignored in the past
