8 x 1k workout... Premeet workout so paces werent out of control. The goal was to run the first 4 between 3:12 - 3:14 while the last 4 be between 3:07 - 3:09. I think we had a little trouble with pacing and being consistent but I guess it happens. Overall just chilled in the middle/back of the group expect for the 1 rep I led. I felt a little sluggish but nothing too bad. The turns started to get a little slick so I was a little more cautious during those.
