Up and down workout... The goal was to go +10 off RP +5 RP and then -5 I really wanted to run this workout right because of what had happened last year with guys going too fast and ruining the race on saturday but yet I still screwed it up

5:25 - Drew just told me to go no faster and I was worried about it so i slowed way down to my actual race pace and it felt really easy
Also the first 2 I wore spikes for and it hurt from the small amounts of blacktop so I switched back to to lunars
