went longer, great course from sugarloaf pass on the Colorado trail to Mt. Massive trail and up 1.25m to 12,000 ft and back, no pain on hammy but I was done at mile 14, still a bit hard to breath, got around 3,200 ft of gain! great weather again, 63 degrees at the start and sunny
