I tried to come up with the perfect excuse to not do this workout, didn't feel it, from the moment I touched the water, stuck to the plan and got it done, pretty tough workout, I was hoping to get my splits under 4 min but 20 secs rest is just not enough, 350 mts wu @ 7:10, 8x200 w 20 secs rest, 3:50, 3:55, 4:00, 4:00, 4:02, 4:05, 4:07, 4:00, 350 mts cd @ 7:40
