five55 - Race No. 3 - 2.02m wu @ 16:54, 1500 mts swim @ 28:18, and then the 5K @ 23:28 (7:23 pace), my T1 was 1:08, went out on my first mile at 7:22, down to 7:14, up to 7:28 and last .18 was 1:21, my legs were heavy and slogish, my breathing was all over the place, not a pretty run but got it done.
