10 min drills, 10 x .32m (Mindy loop) w 1 min rest, took them easy and ran like clock work, legs felt good, it was hot!! 2:08, 2:05, 2:04, 2:03, 2:03, 2:03, 2:02, 2:00, 2:01, 1:59, .96m cd @ 7:35 ... a different brick workout but effective :)
