No wu was late due to traffic, 10 min drills, 6x.44 w 1 min recovery (at the dam) ran my intervals at a comfortable pace, 2:52, 2:47, 2:45, 2:41, 2:37, 2:29, .90m cd @ 7:05, 10 min stretching ... In taper mode for The Dallas Marathon !!
