very hot day (105) but not humid, a nice breeze blowing, 2.5ml wu 20:12, 10 min drills, reversed Mindy loops .3 x10 w 1min recovery, 2:04, 2:03, 2:00, 1:58, 1:56, 1:54, 1:52, 1:47, 1:44, 1:38 (6:54 pace for the first one down to 5:27 pace on the last one) felt strong, great workout, 10 min stretching, 2.5ml cd 20:10
