Great workout! 3.48m wu @ 27:39, then a 1.51m tempo run @ 9:45 (around the park on the gravel trail) then we walked to the Track and did 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200, alternating rest between 1 min and 90 secs (we walked across the field back to the start line) 4:27, 3:42, 2:52, 2:08, 1:20, :35 .. Felt great, was able to push the pace on every interval ... Pretty warm and Super Humid night!!!
