Stadium bleacher workout! 1.03m wu @ 9:17, 5 x 5min up and down the bleachers, suicides to 50 yd line and back in between first set, bear walk to 50, crab walk back in between 2nd set, burpees and laterals all 100 yards 10 and 10 of each in between 3rd set, 4 sprints all 100 yards and jogging the short straightaway as recovery for the last set, 1.08m cd @ 11:14 w cd drills in the middle, 10 min stretching at the end .. great workout!!
