OK - probably THE most frustrating run I've ever done! Hamstring started grabbing in second mile and just got worse. Had to stop and walk back. Jogged a little here and there. Did about 2.5 w/Andrew. Ran out to 6th ave. bridge, but just kept having to pull up. Stopped and helped an old guy and his daughter @ Prairie Ridge; Ashley Carney stopped us about a block later. Talked to her a few minutes. Guess I'll take a few rest days. 8:09, 7:57, 8:17, 12:54. Stopped GPS and then forgot to start it again. Hamstring the worst it's been.
