400, 300, 400, 200 @ F pace with the 400/800 group. Also 4x150m accelerations after. Hit 57/42/63/28, so a pretty good workout, but obviously dying really hard on the second 4, where my last 200 was like a 34. Gotta keep working on closing hard, especially since my goal is to shock the world and sneak into the 800 finals at conferences.
