Easy Gilman out and back to cold spring by myself after housing signup (Bradford apartment 802 is going to be turnt next year). Hips were a little tight/sore but other than that I felt pretty great. Perfect day for running too. Open 800m at Goucher this weekend, very excited for that since I haven't done an open in almost a year now.
Walsh showed Grace and I how dogs really drink water in slow motion as well as the proper way to peel a banana like a monkey. Really eye opening stuff. There's a lot I can learn from that man.
