Very good UA on Keswick. Started out flying on the first half with schaffer ceruzzi panth and ralve. Came back a little bit slower but still a fairly good pace with louis and billy. Beautiful weather and I felt pretty strong but more sick than usual which is not a good sign. Happy I could bounce back from the long run this well and gratefully tomorrow is threshold and not interval.
