I need to start off by saying that I didn't run like a man. That being said, I'm not going to analyze this one to death. However, I do need to say the dew point was 71 degrees and relative humidity was around 95%. There were several factors involved this race not being my best but honestly I just want to get back to training and let it rip at Detweiller the way I did on Monday. Individual place was 8th, team was 2nd.
