3xMile 3:30 rest, 800 2 min rest, 400/200/200 1 minute rest. With Schaffer at 10am but he wasn't feeling it so pretty much just solo. Already pretty toasty out and windy.
4:58, 5:00, 4:59, 2:24, 67, 31, 30. Couldn't hit my pace on the miles, but it was the right effort. Even splits from lap to lap but still a grind. Hip is tight now but not as bad as past hard workouts. The fast part actually felt very smooth, which was fun.
