2 x (800,600,400,400,200,200) w 200m jog recovery except for the 400's, which had 75 second recovery. 400m jog between sets. Very good workout for the whole mile squad. Felt pretty in control the entire time even with the fairly fast paces. I feel like I'm coming along very well with the progression of workouts and think that I should be able to drop a fast time somewhere in the future based on what I've been running in practice.
