Notes
The 303 crew and Giac decided to UA today so we wouldn't have to on the fourth. Started off at 6:55 for our first mile and worked into it. We worked down to running 12:16 for the hilliest two mile segment before backing off a bit at the end. Everyone felt better than they expected to which was a nice surprise. Then did a 2 mile cooldown and 15 minutes of aqua jogging.
