3rd @ Conference 2014. Race went out slowish in about 64 with no one really wanting to lead except for some kid from PC. Decided to take the lead on the second lap and do the pacing, since Lathrop and Suarez weren't doing anything. Felt strong in the middle 800 and had a slight lead at the bell. Right with 400m to go I made my first move and opened up a little going down the backstretch. With 200m to go I had a decent gap and put in even another move, but those two had a crazy kick and went by me in the last 150m to finish in 23/24. I know I have a lot left for sectionals.
