8x150m a little bit faster than R with the kill squad (Brandon and Ryan M. Schwartz). Legs felt good after taking yesterday. Big S/O to A<3 for finally breaking 5 in the mile and completing the sophomore sub 5 goon trifecta joining Hank "The Tank" DeVries and my own flesh; Brad "Bdrizzle" Thornton.
