Notes
This was a run to learn from. Felt so off two miles in, so I decided to get to 3 miles and take a bathroom break. Came back and walked a minute or so, then started running again. I decided I'd try to at least get 4 miles in knowing that I'll be traveling this weekend and so I'd need to front load some miles. I couldn't believe how good I felt at 4, so I decided I'd run an hour and get in my cutback week long run.
