No breaks. HR stayed in the 140s except for a little bump up at the tail end of the second mile.

I really want to increase my weekly total to the upper 20s over the next couple of months, so it's going to be slow paces for the next little bit. I need my HR to stay in the 140s for the majority of these runs, if not even lower.
