Notes
It was soooo cold and windy today. Knees are still bruised from soccer. Right knee has some pain in the inside part which is a bit concerning. Also, lower left back was hurting. Also from soccer, but nothing to be worried about. Finally, my left shoulder was in pain yesterday and today. I am not sure why. Besides that, I am feeling great!!! I am not fragile!!!
