T 37: H 75; DP 31; W 0: I haven't run for quite a while, and just wanted to get out and get my legs moving. I thought my legs would feel tired, but they didn't. They felt. I overdressed for the temperature. I hate being cold. I'll have to eliminate one layer.
I don't think the HR monitor is working correctly. I had a heart rate of 160 or so while I was shuffling out of the driveway. I have a resting HR of 49. My heart rate zone was 6.2 to 6.3 most of the time. If either it is working correctly, I may be in cardiac arrest. During the bike workout, sometimes the HR monitor will be stuck in a zone. Our "handy guy" puts a "zapper" against it to calibrate the monitor, and it starts working correctly. I'll have to find out what he's doing, and see if I should get a "zapper".
