T63; H55; DP46; W6E: I was trying to do 1/2 mile speed intervals. For some reason, intervals 3 & 4 didn't subdivide. It just shows a mile. The 1st, 3rd & 5th interval were more relaxed. And the 2nd, 4th & 6th were faster. I wasn't really pushing for speed, as much as I was trying to relax, loosen up, and let speed happen. For the most part it worked.
