T70; H56; D74; W8ene: Again I was planning 6 miles. Joe called me at approximately .5 miles out and needed me to do some paperwork for him right away, so that he could pull a construction permit. There was no way I could finish the run. I turned around, and used the opportunity to run as fast as I could back to the house. So I had a pace of 14 to 15 going out, and 9 & 10 coming back.
If I could do 6 today, I was going to run a 10k on Saturday. But without knowing if I could even do 6, I won't show up for the race. I'll run here, weather permitting.
