T82; H58; DP63; W8e: I had planned to ride the 2.5-mile warm up route, only. Then realized my R knee was still too stiff and sore to run on; So I did an extended ride. Had I dressed for a longer ride, I might have gone 15 miles. But without padded shorts, this was as much as I could stand.
