T 66; H 55; DP 50; W 16 West; Today's run / walk is much different than yesterday. I don't do well running 2 days in a row; And it is much warmer, and I'm overdressed for the temperature. I dressed for yesterday. My legs felt dead right away. I couldn't move nearly as fast. After 3.5 miles, I could no longer run. My knees were stiff, and I was really tired. I couldn't even race walk. I just slowly walked home.
