T77; H70; DP62; W13sw: Felt a lot warmer than 77--but info is 1.5 hrs. old. I may update it later if it changes much. My knee was giving me grief today, so I ran very slowly, just to get it done. I also wanted to stretch the distance a bit. Last year 7 miles was my go-to comfortable fun for a mid week run. I want to be able to get back there. I also felt a little lightheaded after the run. It's too short a run to take a gel. I had plenty of fluids. Not sure what that is all about.
