T 70: I wore the Newtons today. They felt awkward for the first 2.5 miles, but felt more natural thereafter. During the first few miiles I felt that I wouldn't wear them again. But by the end, I feel that I will try them again. I wore them to soften the footfall, since they are built for a mid to forefoot running style. They probably felt weird because I was walking. They feel like walking in bike shoes. I actually ran the last mile--although very slowly.
