T75; H56; DP57; W7ese: I had to run back-to-back days due to thunderstorms expected for the next 4 days. I'll run in between storms if I can get it in; But there's no guarantee. I didn't do to badly for having run yesterday. My breathing was better today, and legs were ok. Energy didn't seem to be there. I have a swimming lesson in an hour. Good thing I don't use legs too much in TI swimming. But I'll still be out of breath, and probably won't be able to swim a full length of the pool today.
Added Later: I was wrong about running and swimming in the same day. It worked out well. I think the rhythmic breathing of running, helped with the rhythmic breathing of swimming. I was able to swim full lengths without being out of breath. I still had to wait 15 seconds or so before starting back to finish the lap. Usually I'd wait a minute or so. This is real progress.
