Notes

T79: This was a point to point run. Most of the first half was up hill. The 2nd quarter of the run was so steep, it was almost like climbing stairs. Unfortunately, we didn't get the benefit of a lot of downhill run thereafter. We had a small bit of it, then turned in another direction for a little bit of flat area, and then a .25 mile gentle uphill to the finish line. Still, it felt like a good run. My legs were good off the bike. I certainly would have had a much better pace without the steep hills. But it is, what it is. Overall, not a bad first effort, given my short time to train.
