T 70: H 35: W 5mph: 4 miles working on speed. I stopped at 1.25 miles to take a long call. I lost some of my momentum. It took a bit to get it back. My knee felt good. No pain at all. My last mile was at a speed only 1.5 miles slower than minimum marathon speed. Not bad for 3 months after surgery. I won't push for speed beyond my comfort zone until maybe 6 months after surgery. I still have a bit of swelling. And sometimes the knee can be sore when walking. No pain, just a bit sore.
