First run in almost 2 weeks due to dive trip. No running done on trip. Island was almost straight up and down. I could barely walk the hills. It was almost like climbing a ladder. My calves and Achilles tendons got a good stretch the week I was there. I did hill walking many times a day. It really made today's run feel easy.
