T 33; H 58; DP 19; W 18 wnw: This race was at the Franklin Sports Center on 60th & Ryan Rd. It was a 2-loop out and back. I hadn't run since Dec 20, and then, only 3 miles. My lungs felt it. My legs were ok, but I was gasping for air. I need more running in my future. I forgot to turn off the Garmin, so the times are WAY off.
