T 69: H 63: DP 56: W 11 ene: A bad 14-mile run. My calves seized up, I developed a blister, and my toes hurt. I'm falling apart. I won't use the Hokas for a long run again. They felt so good the last time I wore them on the 3-mile run, that I decided to try them for the long run. Bad idea. I'll be back to the Newtons. I had to walk the last 1.5 miles.
