T 60: H 59; W 9: I haven't been able to get out for a run since Saturday. It felt good to get out. My R knee is/was very stiff. I still run as though I have a wooden leg. I'm sure it's throwing off the rest of my gait. My knee is too stiff for me to run long distances. This recovery may take longer than I hoped.
First run with the Hokas. They felt good. I think I laced them too tight, trying to make up for the fact that they are a bit too wide. Since I was only running 3 miles, I didn't bother to stop and adjust the laces. I bought the size 7.5 because the size 7 was a bit too small--short on the R. foot, and felt perfect on the left foot.
