Knee was bad today. Thought of not running, but decided to try. After all, there is no guarantee that my knee will be ok on any given race day. Again, thought of chucking it after 1/2 mile when knee didn't loosen up, but kept going. I still need to work on form and stamina, even if knee doesn't loosen today. I was planning on 8 miles, but decided to shorten the run to 5, and chalk it up to an ok effort.
