T64; H18; DP19; W7E: I added a few hills, and am trying to speed up a bit. I did a mile of warm up, and then picked it up a bit. I stopped at one point to fix the ipod. I must have hit the lap button, because I was getting mile readings at the .29 marks. My right calf was tightening on the outside during mile 4. I was able to relax it a bit. Then at mile 7 it started tightening in the back. Again I was able to relax it enough to pick up some speed. I didn't run for 4 days, to give the calf a chance to heal. It seems to have helped. It didn't get as tight or sore.
